Our leadership programme translates leadership and coaching theory into a very pragmatic programme designed to create genuine breakthrough moments for every individual and tangible, visible improvements that you can see and feel immediately in your daily working life.
Introducing techniques, letting participants try them out on real situations in a supportive environment and helping them see first-hand the results on their team is what the programme is all about.
Structure
This programme takes place over a four-month period, beginning with a two-day
workshop and followed by a series of practical follow-up sessions.
