Oona Collins has 15 years international experience at board-level, and has lived and worked in the UK, Hong Hong, Singapore, Toronto, Sydney and the USA. She also holds a Non-Executive Directorship.

Oona specialises in facilitating team and management development programmes; one-to-one leadership and executive coaching and performance coaching for sales teams.

Oona is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation and has trained and qualified with two Coaching Schools in the USA (Coaches Training Institute and Newfield Network). She is a licensed practitioner in Myers Briggs Level 1 and 2, Leadership Styles, Emotional Intelligence, NLP, Firo-B, Cross Cultural Coaching, Group Leadership Dynamics; and she is a Member of the Institute of Directors and the CIPD.

During this time, I observed how companies, while striving to meet their commercial challenges, also struggled to manage the motivational and development needs of individuals. I believed there had to be a better way to link the two together, and to make a measurable difference to individuals and businesses alike.

It has been an exciting time for Potential Plus. We have built long-standing relationships with a number of clients in the UK, Russia, France, Germany, Spain and Australia, who return to us again and again, because of the impact we have made - on their business, on themselves and on the individuals they employ.
